Job Summary
The Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships will lead, design, and execute Trend Nova World’s global HR strategies, securing high-value B2B contracts, staffing alliances, and government partnerships. This role demands mastery of global talent acquisition, compliance, and payroll solutions, with a mandate to position Trend Nova World as the preferred HR outsourcing partner for corporations, agencies, and public-sector entities. The candidate will report to the MD/Deputy CEO and collaborate across sectors to align HR services with Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Scale
- Design and execute Trend Nova World’s global hiring strategy for 5 divisions (HR, Logistics, Real Estate, Education, Fashion)
- Build AI-driven talent pipelines to enable 3X annual scaling (200% YoY growth) across Trend Nova’s 5 divisions and 193 markets.
Secure & Monetize
- Close $2M-$10M annual contracts with:
- Global enterprises (Fortune 200+ tech/finance leaders)
- Governments worldwide (with strategic emphasis on GCC, ASEAN, and OECD high-growth markets)
- UN/development agencies
- Leverage cross-sector synergies (e.g., bundling HR services with real estate/logistics solutions)
Innovate & Transform
- Launch 2 HR-tech innovations/year (e.g., predictive attrition models, blockchain payroll)
- Oversee 100+ strategic hires annually for Trend Nova’s expansion
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD) and CEO to support global growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in global HR or talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role; proven success in building vendor networks and securing B2B contracts.
- Skills: Tech-fluent (ATS systems, AI recruitment tools, data analytics, expertise in international labor laws, compliance, and talent acquisition; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; excellent communication for global forums.
- Education: Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent desirable.
- Attributes: Strategic, results-driven, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate complex, multi-cultural environments.
Commission Structure
- Compensation Model: This is a commission-only position, with the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships receiving an agreed percentage of closed deals, projects, or strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares may be awarded upon meeting regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as the number of countries activated or achieving specific revenue tiers.
Work Environment
- Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
- Travel: Frequent international travel for summits, tenders, and partnership meetings.

Reporting Structure
