Job Summary

The Head of Fashion, Creative & Distribution Partnerships will lead Trend Nova World’s global fashion and creative strategies, securing B2B contracts for apparel consulting, design outsourcing, and product sourcing. This role involves building wholesale networks for fashion goods across Europe, Asia, and Africa, partnering with influencers, stylists, and fashion councils, developing licensing agreements for creative content, and curating cross-border campaigns for creative service delivery. The candidate will report to the MD/Deputy CEO and collaborate across sectors to align Fashion services with Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation ($10M Annual Target)

  • Secure 3–5 seven-figure B2B contracts/year for:
    • Apparel consulting (sustainability compliance, trend forecasting)
    • Design outsourcing (CAD, sampling, tech-pack development)
    • Product sourcing (fabrics, manufacturers, duty-free partnerships)

Global Wholesale Expansion

  • Establish 200+ wholesale touchpoints across:
    • Europe: Premium boutiques and department stores
    • Asia: E-commerce aggregators and OEM partners
    • Africa: Emerging luxury markets and artisan collectives

Creative Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Onboard 50+ influencers/stylists annually through revenue-sharing models.
  • Negotiate 5+ annual licensing deals for Trend Nova World’s:
    • Fashion photography libraries
    • Design templates
    • Trend reports

Cross-Border Campaign Leadership

  • Launch 4 seasonal campaigns/year with:
    • Localized creative teams in 3 regions
    • Performance-based influencer contracts (avg. 5:1 ROAS)

Cross-Sector Integration

  • Partner with:
    • HR: Talent pipelines for creative freelancers
    • IT: NFT/digital fashion integrations
    • Logistics: Duty-optimized shipping solutions

Executive-Level Priority Projects

  • Execute 2 CEO/MD-mandated initiatives/year (e.g., metaverse fashion week participation, celebrity capsule collections).
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD) and CEO to support global growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in fashion, creative industries, or distribution partnerships, with 5+ years in a leadership role; proven success in securing B2B contracts and building networks.
  • Skills: Expertise in global fashion markets, product sourcing, and creative content licensing; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; proficiency in campaign curation and influencer partnerships.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; certifications in fashion management or creative industries desirable.
  • Attributes: Innovative, strategic, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate diverse fashion markets.

Commission Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a commission-only position, with the Head of Fashion, Creative & Distribution Partnerships receiving an agreed percentage of closed deals, projects, or strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares may be awarded upon meeting regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as the number of countries activated or achieving specific revenue tiers.

Work Environment

  • Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
  • Travel: Frequent international travel for client meetings, fashion events, and partnership engagements.
  • Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Managing Director (MD) and CEO.
  • Collaborates with division heads across multiple sectors.
