At Trend Nova World, our Social Sector is at the heart of this, working alongside our HR, logistics, real estate, fashion, and tech & education divisions to deliver impact across all seven continents. Since 2016, we’ve operated from eight strategic hubs—London, Dubai, Singapore, Istanbul, Athens, Doha, Minsk, and Geneva using a “license-light” model to stay agile and responsive to local needs.
Why focus on jobs and justice? Because they’re interconnected. A job isn’t just income it’s dignity, stability, and a chance to contribute. Justice ensures those opportunities are fair and accessible, especially for marginalized groups. We’ve created over 50,000 jobs since our founding, with a bold goal of 100,000 sustainable jobs by 2030, 60% targeting underrepresented communities in Africa, South America, and Asia. Jobs for All: Driving Economic Empowerment
The “People” SDGs (1–6) are where we lay the foundation for inclusive growth through jobs and opportunity.
SDG 1: No Poverty
Jobs are the fastest way out of poverty. Our HR division runs global recruitment programs tailored for underserved communities. In Kenya, we’ve placed 8,000 people in stable jobs through AI-powered screening that prioritizes diversity. Take Ravi, a young man from a rural village.
