The Power of Inclusive Growth
Inclusive growth means opportunity for all—jobs that lift people out of poverty, systems that promote fairness, and communities that thrive together. At Trend Nova World, our Social Sector is at the heart of this, working alongside our HR, logistics, real estate, fashion, and tech & education divisions to deliver impact across all seven continents. Since 2016, we’ve operated from eight strategic hubs—London, Dubai, Singapore, Istanbul, Athens, Doha, Minsk, and Geneva using a “license-light” model to stay agile and responsive to local needs.
Why focus on jobs and justice? Because they’re interconnected. A job isn’t just income it’s dignity, stability, and a chance to contribute. Justice ensures those opportunities are fair and accessible, especially for marginalized groups. We’ve created over 50,000 jobs since our founding, with a bold goal of 100,000 sustainable jobs by 2030, 60% targeting underrepresented communities in Africa, South America, and Asia. Here’s how we’re building pathways to inclusive growth, one job and one just system at a time.
Jobs for All: Driving Economic Empowerment
The “People” SDGs (1–6) are where we lay the foundation for inclusive growth through jobs and opportunity.
SDG 1: No Poverty
Jobs are the fastest way out of poverty. Our HR division runs global recruitment programs tailored for underserved communities. In Kenya, we’ve placed 8,000 people in stable jobs through AI-powered screening that prioritizes diversity. Take Ravi, a young man from a rural village. Our training program gave him skills in logistics, and now he manages a warehouse in Delhi. “I support my family and dream bigger,” he says. Our programs have a 90% retention rate, proving jobs can transform lives.
SDG 2: Zero Hunger
Stable jobs in agriculture fight hunger. In Kenya, we’ve partnered with farming cooperatives to train 1,000 farmers in sustainable techniques, boosting yields by 35%. These farmers sell surplus crops, creating income and reducing malnutrition by 20% in their communities. Our logistics expertise ensures their produce reaches markets efficiently.
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being
Jobs in healthcare strengthen communities. We’ve trained 2,000 healthcare workers in Southeast Asia, using our tech platforms to deliver virtual training. In Thailand, our mobile health clinics employ locals, serving 4,000 patients annually. “I’m proud to help my village stay healthy,” says nurse Anong.
SDG 4: Quality Education
Education unlocks jobs. Our edtech platforms provide digital skills training to 5,000 students in Africa, with 75% securing tech roles. In Nigeria, Amina used our scholarship program to study IT. Now, she’s a software developer: “Trend Nova World opened a world of possibilities.” We’ve also supported 2,000 students with international study visas since 2020.
SDG 5: Gender Equality
Jobs empower women. Our fashion division trains women in sustainable production, like a cooperative in Bangladesh that employs 60 women to create eco-friendly garments for global markets. “This job gave me confidence and independence,” says leader Fatima. We’ve empowered 8,000 women across 25 countries.
SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
Jobs in water infrastructure save lives. In rural Brazil, we’ve trained 500 locals to maintain water purification systems, providing clean water to 3,000 households and creating employment. Disease rates dropped 25%, and kids spend more time in school.
These efforts show how jobs drive economic empowerment, creating a foundation for inclusive growth.
Justice for All: Building Fair Systems
Jobs alone aren’t enough justice ensures fairness. The SDGs (8–16) focus on systems that promote equity and opportunity.
SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
Sustainable jobs are key. Our SaaS platforms connect workers to green industries like renewable energy. In South Africa, we’ve trained 3,000 youths as solar technicians, with 85% employed within six months. By 2030, we aim for 100,000 jobs, 60% in emerging markets.
SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
Fair systems need strong infrastructure. In Kenya, we’ve advised on job-creating smart cities, integrating AI for efficient public services. Our projects in Mumbai have created 1,500 construction jobs while improving urban access.
SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
Justice means equal opportunity. Our diversity-focused recruitment tools ensure fair hiring for marginalized groups. In Australia, we’ve trained 1,200 indigenous individuals for jobs in tech and logistics, with 80% securing employment.
SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
Just cities are inclusive. In Lagos, our urban planning initiatives have created 2,000 jobs in affordable housing projects, designed with community input to ensure fairness and resilience.
SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
Fair systems promote sustainability. Our fashion consultancy helps brands adopt ethical sourcing, creating jobs while reducing waste. A partner in Brazil employs 100 workers to produce recycled textiles, cutting waste by 30%.
SDG 13: Climate Action
Justice includes environmental fairness. Our logistics division trains workers to use low-emission delivery systems, cutting emissions by 15% in partner fleets. In Indonesia, we’ve created 500 jobs in reforestation projects.
SDG 14: Life Below Water
Marine justice means sustainable jobs. In the Philippines, we’ve trained 400 fishers in eco-friendly practices, boosting incomes by 20% while protecting oceans.
SDG 15: Life on Land
Biodiversity supports jobs and justice. In the Amazon, our reforestation projects employ 300 locals in eco-tourism, with 95% of planted trees surviving.
SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
Fair systems require transparency. We’ve trained 1,000 officials in Eastern Europe on anti-corruption tech, strengthening governance and creating jobs in public service.
These efforts build systems where everyone has a fair chance to thrive.
Partnerships: The Bridge to Scale
SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) is our backbone. Jobs and justice scale through collaboration. We’ve partnered with 50+ organizations, from NGOs to governments, across our eight global hubs. In Africa, our collaboration with a UN agency created 5,000 jobs through education programs. In Asia, our logistics partnerships deliver aid to remote areas in 48 hours.
Public-private partnerships fund growth. In the Middle East, we’ve worked with governments to train 2,000 women in tech, boosting SDG 5. Community partnerships empower locals, like a cooperative in Nepal employing 50 women in sustainable crafts.
Stories That Inspire
The heart of our work is people. Meet Samuel, a South African youth who trained as a solar technician through our program. “I went from unemployed to leading a team,” he says. His work powers 200 homes. In Bangladesh, Noor runs a women-led textile business we supported. “My income funds my daughter’s school,” she shares.
In Brazil, Carlos maintains water systems for his village. “I’m proud to keep my community healthy,” he says. These stories, backed by 50,000 jobs and 10,000 beneficiaries, show the power of jobs and justice.
