Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships, the Manager – Client Partnerships & Staffing Delivery ensures seamless delivery of staffing projects, manages client relationships, and maximizes service quality across Trend Nova World’s HR outsourcing portfolio. This client-facing, revenue-driven role directly impacts business growth by supporting contract execution, maintaining client satisfaction, and enabling repeat and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned clients, maintaining proactive communication to understand and address their staffing needs.
- Translate complex client staffing requirements into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and satisfaction surveys to achieve a minimum 90% client satisfaction score.
- Build long-term client trust by resolving issues swiftly and presenting tailored solutions to enhance service delivery.
Staffing Project Delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with recruitment, payroll, and compliance teams to deliver staffing projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, including achieving an 80% fill rate, 90% retention rate, and timely delivery of all client deliverables.
- Proactively manage escalations, addressing candidate or client concerns to maintain project quality and client trust.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize staffing workflows, reducing time-to-hire by 15% annually through process improvements.
Business Growth Support
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, contributing to 10–20% additional revenue through expanded staffing services or bundled solutions.
- Assist in preparing compelling client renewal proposals, achieving an 85% renewal rate for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships to pitch HR outsourcing solutions to new clients, supporting the closure of $500K–$2M contracts annually.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform Trend Nova World’s HR service strategy and enhance competitive positioning.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all staffing projects comply with local labor laws, client-specific requirements, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality management).
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance reports, for audit readiness.
- Deliver monthly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Innovation & Collaboration
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools and platforms for client engagement, aiming for 30% adoption of tech-enabled staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with other HR managers (e.g., Global Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Compliance) to integrate staffing delivery with broader HR services.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years in client account management, staffing delivery, or HR outsourcing, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering staffing projects.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills; proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics; ability to work across diverse cultural and time zone contexts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline; certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- Attributes: Client-focused, results-driven, and adaptable with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Commission Structure
- Compensation Model: Commission-only earnings based on closed contracts or staffing projects, with an agreed percentage per successful project delivery or client contract.
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares awarded upon meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as 90% client satisfaction, 80% fill rate, and 10–20% upsell revenue.
- KPIs: Achieve 90% client satisfaction, 80% fill rate, and contribute to 10–20% upsell revenue annually.
Work Environment
- Location: Flexible, with the ability to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global clients.
- Travel: Occasional international travel for client meetings, project kickoffs, or strategic engagements.
