Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships, the Manager – HR Operations & Systems standardizes HR processes, implements HR technology, and ensures operational efficiency across service lines. This role enables scalability through consistent, tech-enabled workflows and directly supports revenue growth by optimizing HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization
- Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for HR delivery, ensuring consistency across recruitment, payroll, and compliance functions.
- Identify operational gaps through process audits and implement improvements, targeting a 20% reduction in process time annually.
- Streamline workflows to enhance service delivery, achieving 90%+ adherence to SLAs for internal and client-facing HR operations.
- Develop scalable process frameworks to support Trend Nova World’s growth across 193 markets.
HR Technology Management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Drive adoption of HR technology, achieving 90%+ system adoption among HR teams and clients within 12 months.
- Train HR teams and clients on system usage, ensuring seamless integration and 99% system uptime for all tech-enabled processes.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to customize and upgrade HR systems to meet evolving business needs.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop HR dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as process efficiency, system adoption, and service delivery metrics.
- Provide actionable operational reports to the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships and clients, highlighting performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, targeting 15% cost reductions through process automation and optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for audits, client reviews, and strategic decision-making.
Innovation & Scalability
- Lead the adoption of innovative HR tech solutions, such as AI-driven analytics or blockchain-based HR records, to enhance service delivery.
- Pilot at least one new HR tech initiative annually, aiming for 30% adoption across HR service lines within 18 months.
- Collaborate with other HR managers (e.g., Client Partnerships & Staffing Delivery, Global Talent Acquisition) to integrate tech-enabled processes with broader HR services.
Collaboration & Support
- Support the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships in securing $500K–$2M HR service contracts by showcasing operational efficiency and tech capabilities.
- Provide operational support for client projects, ensuring seamless integration of HR systems with client requirements.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in HR operations, HR systems management, or process optimization, with a proven track record of implementing HR technology and improving workflows.
- Skills: Strong technical and process improvement skills; proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); ability to work across diverse cultural and time zone contexts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in HR technology (e.g., Workday Pro, PHR) or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, innovative, and adaptable with a strong ability to manage complex systems and drive operational excellence.
Commission Structure
- Compensation Model: Commission-only earnings based on operational support contracts or cost savings achieved through process optimization and system implementation.
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares awarded upon meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as 90%+ system adoption, 20%+ process time reduction, and 99% system uptime.
- KPIs: Achieve 90%+ system adoption, 20%+ process time reduction, and 99% system uptime annually.
Work Environment
- Location: Flexible, remote-friendly, with the ability to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global clients and teams.
- Travel: Occasional international travel for client meetings, system implementations, or strategic engagements.
