Trend Nova World is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager – eCommerce Fulfillment & Client Solutions to design and deliver tailored eCommerce logistics solutions for cross-border clients and online sellers. This commission-based role offers a unique opportunity to drive global eCommerce fulfillment strategies and support digital sellers across 193 markets, contributing to Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem.
Job Summary
The Manager – eCommerce Fulfillment & Client Solutions will focus on designing and delivering scalable eCommerce fulfillment and logistics solutions for cross-border clients and online sellers. This role involves working with international clients to provide customized solutions, strengthening logistics support, and aligning fulfillment services with Trend Nova World’s broader goals. The candidate will report to the Head of Logistics & Trade Coordination and collaborate across sectors to support global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Scale
- Develop scalable eCommerce fulfillment strategies to support cross-border sellers and online platforms.
- Strengthen Trend Nova World’s logistics capabilities to drive growth in eCommerce markets across 193 UN member states.
Secure & Monetize
- Secure contracts with international clients and eCommerce platforms to deliver tailored logistics and fulfillment solutions.
- Drive new business opportunities in eCommerce logistics, targeting high-growth markets (e.g., GCC, ASEAN, OECD).
- Leverage cross-sector synergies to bundle eCommerce fulfillment with other Trend Nova World offerings (e.g., trade advisory, logistics).
Innovate & Transform
- Collaborate with the Head of Logistics & Trade Coordination to align fulfillment services with global expansion strategies.
- Innovate client-centric logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability for online sellers.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Logistics & Trade Coordination to support global growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in eCommerce logistics, fulfillment, or client solutions, with proven success in delivering tailored services.
- Skills: Expertise in eCommerce fulfillment, logistics optimization, and client relationship management; strong negotiation and communication skills; familiarity with global online selling platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Attributes: Strategic, client-focused, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate complex international markets.
Compensation Structure
- Compensation Model: This is a commission-based position, with the Manager receiving an agreed percentage of successful eCommerce projects and contracts.
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares may be awarded upon meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as the number of clients served or revenue targets achieved.
Work Environment
- Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
- Travel: Frequent international travel for client meetings, trade summits, and partnership engagements.
- Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to the Head of Logistics & Trade Coordination.
- Collaborates with division heads across multiple sectors.
