Trend Nova World is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Manager – Corporate Mobility & Relocation Services to design and deliver tiered relocation packages for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and multinationals. Job Summary

The Manager – Corporate Mobility & Relocation Services will design, price, and deliver tiered relocation packages (Platinum, Gold, Silver) for Fortune 500 clients, governments, and multinational corporations, ensuring seamless housing, visa, and settling-in support. This role involves managing program P&L, coordinating with HR departments and vendors, and driving client satisfaction. The candidate will report to the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services and collaborate across sectors to align mobility solutions with Trend Nova World’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Scale

  • Productize and price tiered relocation packages (Platinum: Full-service | Gold: Housing + visa | Silver: Core housing), ensuring profitability and scalability across 193 markets.
  • Coordinate comprehensive relocation services, including housing search, lease negotiation, settling-in, schooling, and spousal support, to meet client needs.

Secure & Monetize

  • Secure contracts with Fortune 500 clients, governments, and multinationals for relocation packages, targeting $2M+ annual revenue in high-growth markets (e.g., Middle East, Asia, Europe).
  • Liaise with HR departments, mobility vendors, and tax/legal advisors to deliver seamless relocation experiences.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by integrating mobility services with other Trend Nova World offerings (e.g., real estate, logistics).

Innovate & Transform

  • Track Net Promoter Score (NPS), Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and repeat/upsell rates, remediating escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create playbooks for high-volume mobility corridors to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services to align mobility strategies with global expansion goals.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services to support global growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–10 years in corporate mobility, relocation services, or enterprise client management, with proven success in delivering client-focused programs.
  • Skills: Strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and client relationship skills; expertise in relocation logistics and vendor management; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; GMS or CRP certifications desirable.
  • Attributes: Client-centric, strategic, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate diverse international markets.

Compensation Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a commission-based position, with the Manager receiving an agreed percentage of package sales and renewals.
  • Performance Incentives: Bonuses may be awarded upon meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as NPS, SLA targets, upsell/cross-sell success, or revenue goals.

Work Environment

  • Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
  • Travel: Frequent client-facing engagements and occasional on-ground move support.
  • Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services.
