Job Summary

The Head of Career, Scholarship & Student Advisory will lead, design, and execute Trend Nova’s global education consulting strategy, securing high-value agreements with 30+ top-ranked universities, education ministries, UN agencies, and corporates. This role demands full accountability for the division’s growth and revenue, from visa SOPs and scholarship placements to NGO-funded education initiatives. The candidate will report to the MD/Deputy CEO and collaborate across sectors to align Education services with Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Expansion & Partnerships

Secure 10+ country activations annually via MOUs with 30+ top-tier universities, governments, and/or other funded programs, and corporates.
Represent Trend Nova World at UN/INGOs forums to advocate for equitable education access and secure grants.

Student Advisory Excellence

Oversee end-to-end services: Visa SOPs, CV drafting, and scholarship applications (100+ submissions/year), prioritizing placements in Top 200 global universities.
Deploy AI-driven tools to track student success rates (target: 85% visa approval for Tier-1 institutions).

Funding & Cross-Sector Integration

Secure minimum $500,000/year in scholarship sponsorships and university partnership fees.
Collaborate with division heads in HR, IT, and other sectors to integrate education consulting into Trend Nova World’s multi-sectoral offerings.

Performance & Reporting

Achieve KPIs: 10+ new countries, 30+ university MOUs, $500,000+ revenue/year.
Submit monthly reports to MD/Deputy CEO with growth metrics and risk analyses.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD) and CEO to support global growth.

Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in education consulting, student advisory, or international education services, with 5+ years in a leadership role; proven success in securing agreements and building networks.
Skills: Expertise in global education systems, visa processes, and scholarship programs; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; proficiency in student counseling and pathway planning.
Education: Master’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in education consulting or career counseling desirable.
Attributes: Strategic, empathetic, and adaptable with a global mindset to support diverse student populations.

Commission Structure

Compensation Model: This is a commission-only position, with the Head of Career, Scholarship & Student Advisory receiving an agreed percentage of closed deals, projects, or strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares may be awarded upon meeting regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as the number of countries activated or achieving specific revenue tiers.

Work Environment

Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
Travel: Frequent international travel for meetings with universities, education agents, and embassies.

Reporting Structure
