Job Summary

The Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services will lead, design, and execute Trend Nova World’s global real estate and relocation strategies, driving property transactions for foreign investors and migrants, and forging partnerships with local agencies for joint-commission services. This role involves offering relocation packages to HR departments of multinational corporations, identifying country-specific expat housing opportunities, and promoting mobility services such as lease management and virtual tours across 193 UN member states. The candidate will report to the MD/Deputy CEO and collaborate across sectors to align Real Estate & Relocation services with Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Joint Ventures

  • Lead end-to-end property transactions (buy/sell/rent) for foreign investors, multinational corporations, government agencies, and relocating professionals across global markets, ensuring seamless cross-border execution.
  • Forge and manage 3–5 revenue-sharing JVs annually with elite agencies in high-growth markets (Middle East, Asia, and Europe), ensuring minimum 25% gross margins through standardized KPI tracking.

Global Partnership Network

  • Build and scale a premium partnership network of 50+ vetted local agencies across 30 target countries, implementing transparent 20–30% commission structures and bi-annual performance reviews.

Corporate Mobility Solutions

  • Develop and monetize tiered relocation packages (Platinum: Full-service | Gold: Housing + Visa | Silver: Core Housing) for Fortune 500 clients, integrating tax advisory and cultural assimilation services to achieve $2M+ annual revenue.

Expat Housing Innovation

  • Launch 5 AI-driven expat housing hubs annually in strategic high-demand markets, leveraging predictive analytics to secure 15%+ market rental yields.

Tech-Enabled Mobility Services

  • Drive adoption of Trend Nova World’s proprietary mobility platform (featuring blockchain lease management and AI virtual tours), achieving 40% active client usage across 193 markets within 18 months.
  • Collaborate with division heads in HR, logistics, and other sectors to integrate real estate and relocation solutions into Trend Nova World’s multi-sectoral offerings.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD)/Deputy CEO to support global growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in real estate, relocation services, or international property management, with 5+ years in a leadership role; proven success in securing property deals and partnerships.
  • Skills: Expertise in global real estate markets, relocation logistics, and expat housing solutions; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; proficiency in delivering virtual and mobility services.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; certifications such as CCIM or CPM desirable.
  • Attributes: Strategic, client-focused, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate diverse real estate markets.

Commission Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a commission-only position, with the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services receiving an agreed percentage of closed deals, projects, or strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares may be awarded upon meeting regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as the number of countries activated or achieving specific revenue tiers.

Work Environment

  • Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
  • Travel: Frequent international travel for client meetings, property assessments, and partnership engagements.
  • Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.
