Trend Nova World is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager – Global Partnerships & Agency Relations to build and govern a high-performing network of local real estate agencies across 30+ countries. This commission-based role offers a unique opportunity to scale a premium global partnership ecosystem with transparent commission frameworks, driving revenue and impact across 193 markets while contributing to Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem.

Job Summary

The Manager – Global Partnerships & Agency Relations will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and scaling a network of 50+ local real estate agencies, negotiating transparent commission structures, and ensuring performance governance. This role involves partner enablement, performance reviews, and maintaining a centralized CRM for partner management. The candidate will report to the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services and collaborate across sectors to align partnership strategies with Trend Nova World’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Scale

  • Source and vet 50+ local real estate agencies across 30+ target countries, negotiating 20–30% commission structures and service SLAs.
  • Build and scale a high-performing global partner network to support Trend Nova World’s real estate and relocation services across 193 markets.

Secure & Monetize

  • Drive partner-sourced revenue through effective onboarding, enablement, and co-marketing campaigns with top-tier agencies.
  • Conduct bi-annual partner performance reviews, implementing corrective action plans to ensure consistent service quality and revenue growth.
  • Co-create referral funnels and co-marketing campaigns to maximize partner-driven revenue in high-growth markets (e.g., Middle East, Asia, Europe).

Innovate & Transform

  • Maintain a centralized partner CRM with performance dashboards and risk flags to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services to align partnership strategies with global expansion goals.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services to support global growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in channel or partner management within real estate or allied sectors, with proven success in building and governing partner networks.
  • Skills: Expertise in contracting, partner enablement, and performance management; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; proficiency in CRM systems and performance analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, International Relations, or related field.
  • Attributes: Strategic, collaborative, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate diverse international markets.

Compensation Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a commission-based position, with the Manager receiving an agreed percentage of partner-sourced revenue.
  • Performance Incentives: Bonuses may be awarded upon meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as network growth, partner performance uplift, or revenue targets achieved.

Work Environment

  • Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
  • Travel: Regional travel for partner audits, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services.
  • Collaborates with division heads across multiple sectors.
