Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships, the Manager – Global Talent Acquisition (Regional Execution) manages the recruitment process for assigned regions, building strong talent pipelines and delivering high-quality placements. This performance-driven position is tied directly to revenue growth through successful placements and supports Trend Nova World’s HR outsourcing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned projects, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality placements.
- Align recruitment strategies with client needs, tailoring sourcing and selection processes to meet specific role requirements and cultural contexts.
- Coordinate with staffing delivery managers to ensure seamless handoff of candidates, achieving an 80–90% fill rate for all projects.
- Utilize AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms to streamline processes, reducing time-to-hire by 15% annually.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a network of pre-qualified candidates, targeting a minimum of 300 active candidates in the talent pool per region.
- Partner with universities, industry associations, and professional networks to source high-caliber talent for niche and high-demand roles.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns, leveraging social media, job boards, and referrals to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Implement predictive analytics to forecast talent needs and proactively build pipelines for recurring client demands.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, client-specific requirements, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality management).
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Achieve an 85% candidate quality score based on client feedback and placement success metrics.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure candidate satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues promptly.
Business Growth Support
- Collaborate with the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships to support the closure of $500K–$2M staffing contracts by delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand recruitment services, contributing to 10–15% upsell revenue through additional placements or value-added services.
- Provide regional market insights to inform Trend Nova World’s talent acquisition strategy and enhance competitive positioning.
- Support client pitches by showcasing recruitment capabilities, case studies, and success metrics.
Innovation & Collaboration
- Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-driven recruitment tools, aiming for 30% process automation within 12 months.
- Collaborate with other HR managers (e.g., Client Partnerships & Staffing Delivery, Payroll & Compliance) to integrate recruitment with broader HR services.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in international or regional talent acquisition; proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Skills: Strong sourcing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills; proficiency in ATS (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse) and CRM tools; ability to work across diverse cultural and time zone contexts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- Attributes: Results-oriented, strategic, and adaptable with a strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple recruitment projects.
Commission Structure
- Compensation Model: Commission-only earnings based on successful placements and projects, with an agreed percentage per placement or contract.
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares awarded upon meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as 80–90% fill rate, 85% candidate quality score, and 300+ active talent pool.
