Trend Nova World is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager – Global Wholesale & Distribution to lead its international wholesale expansion and distribution efforts. This commission-based role offers a unique opportunity to establish global retail and e-commerce networks, drive revenue through wholesale partnerships, and contribute to Trend Nova World’s multi-disciplinary ecosystem across 193 markets.

Job Summary

The Manager – Global Wholesale & Distribution will oversee the expansion of Trend Nova World’s fashion goods into international wholesale markets, securing partnerships with boutiques, department stores, and e-commerce platforms. This role involves managing seasonal distribution campaigns, optimizing pricing strategies, and collaborating with logistics for efficient inventory management. The candidate will report to the Head of Fashion, Creative & Distribution Partnerships and align distribution strategies with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Scale

Establish 100+ wholesale points annually, including boutiques, department stores, and e-commerce platforms across Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions.
Build and scale partnerships with e-commerce aggregators in high-growth markets (e.g., Asia, Africa).
Secure distribution agreements with major retail chains in Europe and other key markets.

Secure & Monetize

Develop and manage seasonal distribution campaigns, optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Drive revenue through wholesale contracts and distribution deals, contributing to divisional growth targets.
Leverage cross-sector synergies to integrate distribution strategies with Trend Nova World’s broader offerings (e.g., apparel sourcing, creative partnerships).

Innovate & Transform

Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
Maintain distributor databases and market intelligence to inform strategic expansion decisions.
Collaborate with the Head of Fashion, Creative & Distribution Partnerships to align distribution strategies with global fashion trends and divisional goals.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Fashion, Creative & Distribution Partnerships to support global growth.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in wholesale, retail distribution, or e-commerce, with a proven track record in securing international partnerships.
Skills: Strong B2B sales, global retail knowledge, and supply chain expertise; proficiency in pricing strategy and logistics coordination.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field.
Attributes: Strategic, analytical, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate complex international markets.

Compensation Structure

Compensation Model: This is a commission-only position, with the Manager receiving an agreed percentage of revenue from wholesale contracts and distribution deals.
Performance Incentives: Bonuses may be awarded upon meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as wholesale point targets, revenue goals, or distribution efficiency metrics.

Work Environment

Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
Travel: Frequent global coordination with retailers, distributors, and logistics teams, with occasional on-site engagements.

Reporting Structure
