This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Deputy CEO and Managing Director, focuses on driving high-impact contributions across HR, education, and information services in 193 markets. Job Summary

The Manager – Partnerships & Business Development will spearhead Trend Nova World’s efforts to forge strategic B2B partnerships, scale client acquisition, and lead thought leadership initiatives. This role prioritizes contributions in HR & Recruitment, Education & Training, and Information & Research Services, supported by a flexible, priority-based emergency support structure to meet operational demands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the candidate will ensure partnerships align with global business objectives, driving sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Scale

  • Drive client acquisition and B2B partnerships in HR & Recruitment Services, focusing on onboarding and outsourcing solutions.
  • Develop and scale corporate upskilling campaigns and bootcamp partnerships with universities and organizations under Education & Training.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, including HR trend reports, industry insights, and blog content partnerships under Information & Research Services.

Strategize & Monetize

  • Build a robust talent pipeline through remote staffing strategies and psychometric coaching collaborations.
  • Secure partnerships with regional and global institutions to enhance brand authority and market reach.
  • Drive revenue through strategic partnerships and licensing agreements, contributing to divisional growth targets.

Innovate & Transform

  • Develop a priority-based emergency support structure to address demand surges in client outreach, training programs, or visibility campaigns.
  • Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking to inform partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy CEO and Managing Director to align partnership initiatives with global expansion goals.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned to support Trend Nova World’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or related fields, with a proven track record in securing high-value B2B deals.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and market research skills; proficiency in HR trends, education partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Strategic, adaptable, and collaborative with a global mindset to navigate diverse international markets.

Compensation Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a commission-based position, with the Manager receiving an agreed percentage of revenue from partnerships and client agreements.
  • Performance Incentives: Bonuses may be awarded upon meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as client acquisition targets, partnership revenue, or campaign success metrics.

Work Environment

  • Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
  • Travel: Frequent global coordination with clients, partners, and field teams, with occasional on-site engagements.
  • Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the Deputy CEO and Managing Director.
  • Collaborates with division heads across HR, Education, and Information Services.
