Trend Nova World is seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Manager – Real Estate Technology & Data Innovation to deploy AI-driven expat housing hubs, blockchain lease management, and immersive virtual tour platforms. Job Summary

The Manager – Real Estate Technology & Data Innovation will lead the implementation of AI-driven expat housing hubs, blockchain-based lease management, and AI/3D virtual tour platforms, ensuring seamless technology adoption and data-driven outcomes. This role involves building KPI dashboards, ensuring GDPR compliance, and driving platform engagement to support Trend Nova World’s real estate and relocation strategies. The candidate will report to the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services and collaborate across sectors to align technology solutions with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Scale

  • Implement and scale AI-driven expat housing hubs in 5+ priority markets annually, leveraging predictive analytics to optimize rental yields.
  • Deploy blockchain-based lease management systems, handling onboarding, verification, renewals, and dispute logs across global markets.

Secure & Monetize

  • Launch and optimize AI/3D virtual tour platforms, integrating with partner listings and CRM to achieve 40% active client usage within 18 months.
  • Drive tech-enabled revenue through platform adoption and cost efficiencies in high-growth markets (e.g., Middle East, Asia, Europe).
  • Leverage cross-sector synergies to integrate proptech solutions with other Trend Nova World offerings (e.g., corporate mobility, logistics).

Innovate & Transform

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards tracking adoption, engagement, yield, and turnaround time (TAT) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure GDPR and data-security compliance, along with robust vendor governance, for all tech deployments.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services to align technology strategies with global expansion goals.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services to support global growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8 years in proptech, real estate systems, or data innovation, with proven success in rolling out multi-country technology solutions.
  • Skills: Expertise in AI, blockchain, or virtual tour technologies; proficiency in analytics (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python); strong change management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • Attributes: Innovative, analytical, and adaptable with a global mindset to navigate complex international markets.

Compensation Structure

  • Compensation Model: This is a commission-based position, with the Manager receiving an agreed percentage of tech-enabled revenues and platform adoption metrics.
  • Performance Incentives: Bonuses may be awarded upon meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as platform adoption rates, cost efficiencies, or revenue targets achieved.

Work Environment

  • Location: Flexible, with a preference for candidates able to travel to key global markets.
  • Travel: Frequent global coordination with IT, partners, and field teams, with occasional on-site engagements.
  • Work Style: Hybrid, fostering a flexible and collaborative culture.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Head of Real Estate & Relocation Services.
  • Collaborates with division heads across multiple sectors.
