Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships, the Manager – Training, Development & Global Mobility designs and delivers client-specific training programs and manages relocation processes for international talent. This role enhances Trend Nova World’s value proposition by improving talent readiness, ensuring compliance, and driving client retention through high-impact training and mobility services.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and deliver client-specific training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, and cultural assimilation, tailored to client needs.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, achieving a 90%+ training feedback score from participants.
- Measure training effectiveness through pre- and post-training assessments, targeting a 15% improvement in employee performance metrics.
- Partner with clients to identify skill gaps and develop customized learning solutions, contributing to 15% upsell revenue through training services.
Global Mobility Management
- Manage end-to-end relocation services for international hires, including visa processing, housing coordination, and cultural integration support.
- Ensure 100% compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and client-specific mobility requirements across operational countries.
- Coordinate with relocation partners and local agencies to deliver seamless mobility services, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate among relocated employees.
- Develop tiered mobility packages (e.g., full-service relocation, visa-only support) to meet diverse client needs and drive revenue growth.
Client Engagement
- Offer training and mobility services as upsell opportunities, contributing to 15% additional revenue through bundled HR solutions.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to address training and mobility needs, ensuring alignment with client goals and SLAs.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on training outcomes and mobility progress, enhancing client trust and retention.
- Support the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships in pitching training and mobility services to secure $500K–$2M contracts annually.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Leverage technology, such as e-learning platforms and virtual onboarding tools, to enhance training delivery, targeting 30% adoption of digital solutions within 12 months.
- Implement innovative mobility solutions, such as AI-driven relocation planning tools, to streamline processes and reduce costs by 10% annually.
- Stay updated on global training and mobility trends, recommending new approaches to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with other HR managers (e.g., Client Partnerships & Staffing Delivery, Global Talent Acquisition) to integrate training and mobility with broader HR services.
- Deliver monthly performance reports on training and mobility KPIs, including feedback scores, compliance rates, and revenue contributions.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Global HR & Talent Partnerships to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years in corporate training, learning and development (L&D), or global mobility management, with a proven track record of delivering training programs and managing relocations.
- Skills: Strong facilitation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills; proficiency in e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) and mobility tools; ability to work across diverse cultural and time zone contexts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field; certifications in training (e.g., CPLP) or mobility (e.g., GMS) are a plus.
- Attributes: Client-focused, innovative, and adaptable with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful solutions.
Commission Structure
- Compensation Model: Commission-only earnings based on training and mobility contracts, with an agreed percentage per successful project or contract.
- Performance Incentives: Bonuses or performance shares awarded upon meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as 90%+ training feedback score, 100% mobility compliance, and 15% upsell revenue.
- KPIs: Achieve 90%+ training feedback score, 100% mobility compliance, and contribute to 15% upsell revenue annually.
Work Environment
- Location: Flexible, with the ability to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global clients and teams; potential for international travel.
- Travel: Occasional international travel for client meetings, training sessions, or mobility-related engagements.
