Open Positions

Development Sector Managers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Flexible across global hubs (Doha, Islamabad, Minsk preferred) / Remote Reports to: Head of Delelopment Sector and Executive Leadership

Oversee program implementation in disaster risk reduction and humanitarian operations, ensuring effective delivery across vulnerable regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead anticipatory response strategies, integrating green-tech for early warning systems in high-risk areas.
  • Manage cross-sector projects in public health, food security, and WASH, coordinating with 50+ global partnerships.
  • Monitor program impacts and adapt interventions to support livelihoods and education in emerging markets.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, or related field.
  • 8+ years in global development, with experience in disaster management and SDG frameworks.
  • Certifications such as CHS or PMP; proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or KoBoToolbox.
  • Strong intercultural skills and fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, or Urdu) advantageous.

Assistant Development Sector Managers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Hybrid (hub-based with remote flexibility) Reports to: Development Sector Managers

Support the planning and execution of resilience-building programs, focusing on community empowerment and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in field assessments and stakeholder engagement for climate resilience initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for humanitarian responses, including supply chain integration with our Logistics Division.
  • Analyze data to evaluate program efficacy in areas like education access and food security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
  • 4–6 years of experience in humanitarian or development support roles.
  • Knowledge of GIS tools and basic monitoring/evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and collaborative abilities in diverse, high-pressure environments.

Development Sector Associates (Multiple Positions)

Location: Entry-level roles across all global hubs / Remote Reports to: Assistant Development Sector Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative tasks in project documentation, reporting, and compliance for SDG-aligned activities.
  • Assist in community outreach and training for WASH, livelihoods, and early warning programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience or internships in NGOs/development organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and introductory data collection tools.
