Head of Fashion Division
Location: London, UK (global oversight with hub travel) / Remote Reports to: Executive Leadership
Orchestrate the vision for our fashion ecosystem, from concept to global rollout. Champion sustainable practices and strategic brand growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fashion strategies integrated with our expansion plans, incorporating green-tech for ethical supply chains.
- Lead design consulting for luxury and ready-to-wear lines, expanding partnerships in 193 countries.
- Drive social impact through inclusive production models supporting livelihoods in emerging regions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years in international fashion, with expertise in sustainable sourcing and brand licensing.
- Certifications in ethical fashion (e.g., GOTS, Fair Trade); proficiency in CAD software and trend analytics.
- Multilingual (English essential; Turkish, Arabic, or Mandarin preferred).
Fashion Managers (Multiple Positions)
Location: Flexible across global hubs (Istanbul, Dubai, Singapore preferred) / Remote Reports to: Head of Fashion Division
Oversee production cycles and brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of sustainable fashion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end design consulting projects, from sketches to market launch with eco-materials.
- Coordinate global brand expansions, negotiating licensing deals and retail partnerships.
- Collaborate with logistics and development divisions for resilient, culture-sensitive supply chains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Design, or Business; Master’s advantageous.
- 8+ years in global fashion operations, focusing on sustainability and production.
- Experience with PLM systems and market research tools like WGSN.
- Creative problem-solving in multicultural environments.
Assistant Fashion Managers (Multiple Positions)
Location: Hybrid (hub-based with remote flexibility) Reports to: Fashion Managers
Aid in the development and execution of fashion projects, emphasizing innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
