Open Positions

Head of HR Division

Location: London, UK (global oversight with hub travel) / Remote Reports to: Executive Leadership

Lead the strategic vision for our HR operations worldwide. Oversee talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, and compliance across divisions. Ideal for a seasoned executive with 15+ years in international HR, proven expertise in multi-country payroll, and a passion for sustainable workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with our 2026–2030 Strategic Business Plan, including green-tech integration and public-private partnerships.
  • Champion inclusive hiring programs targeting emerging markets in Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams to support 50,000+ jobs created since inception.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent international certification.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, or Mandarin) advantageous.
  • Experience in SaaS HR tools and data-driven talent analytics.

HR Managers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Flexible across global hubs (London, Dubai, Singapore preferred) / Remote Reports to: Head of HR Division

Drive operational excellence in recruitment and employee relations for cross-border teams. Manage end-to-end talent pipelines and mobility programs to fuel our eCommerce, real estate, and development sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international recruitment drives, leveraging AI-enhanced sourcing for diverse candidate pools.
  • Implement payroll and benefits systems compliant with 193-country regulations.
  • Collaborate with division leaders to forecast workforce needs and mitigate risks in high-growth areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years in global HR, with focus on mobility and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms like Workday or BambooHR.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills.

Assistant HR Managers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Hybrid (hub-based with remote flexibility) Reports to: HR Managers

Support strategic HR initiatives with tactical execution, focusing on onboarding, performance management, and learning & development for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate talent mobility logistics, including visa processing and relocation for 50+ international partnerships.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to enhance retention in underrepresented regions.
  • Facilitate training programs tied to our Tech & Education Advisory Division’s digital pathways.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in multinational settings.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and DEI frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

HR Associates (Multiple Positions)

Location: Entry-level opportunities across all hubs / Remote Reports to: Assistant HR Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for high-volume international hires.
  • Support administrative tasks in payroll, benefits enrollment, and compliance reporting.
