Head of Logistics Division
Location: London, UK (global oversight with hub travel) / Remote Reports to: Executive Leadership
Spearhead the strategic direction of our worldwide logistics operations. Optimize supply chains, integrate green technologies, and lead teams in overcoming complex cross-border challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate logistics strategies aligned with our global expansion goals, including eCommerce scaling and disaster-resilient networks.
- Oversee multi-modal freight (land, air, sea) across 193 countries, enhancing efficiency through AI and blockchain.
- Foster partnerships for sustainable practices, supporting our Social Impact Commitment in food security and livelihoods.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 15+ years in international logistics, with expertise in freight forwarding and customs compliance.
- Certifications like CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent; proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Multilingual capabilities (English essential; Arabic, Turkish, or Russian preferred).
Logistics Managers (Multiple Positions)
Location: Flexible across hubs (Dubai, Singapore, Istanbul prioritized) Reports to: Head of Logistics Division
Manage day-to-day operations for high-volume freight and supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization in a fast-evolving global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for eCommerce clients, from warehousing to last-mile distribution.
- Implement risk management protocols for trade disruptions, integrating real-time tracking technologies.
- Collaborate with other divisions to align logistics with real estate, fashion, and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field; Master’s advantageous.
- 8+ years in global supply chain roles, with experience in multi-modal transport.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, IATA regulations, and logistics software like TMS or WMS.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in multicultural teams.
Assistant Logistics Managers (Multiple Positions)
