Head of Real Estate Division

Location: London, UK (global oversight with hub travel) / Remote Reports to: Executive Leadership

Direct the overall strategy for our international real estate operations. Guide advisory services, portfolio optimization, and sustainable development projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft real estate strategies integrated with our global expansion, including green-tech enhancements for eco-friendly properties.
  • Oversee luxury and commercial deals across 193 countries, fostering public-private partnerships for urban resilience.
  • Lead teams in market analysis and investment advisory, aligning with our Social Impact Commitment for inclusive community development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 15+ years in global real estate, with expertise in portfolio management and international transactions.
  • Certifications such as CCIM, CRE, or equivalent; proficiency in CRM and property analytics tools.
  • Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic, Greek, or Turkish beneficial).

Real Estate Managers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Flexible across global hubs (Dubai, Athens, Istanbul preferred) / Remote Reports to: Head of Real Estate Division

Manage key client relationships and property transactions, driving growth in luxury residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end advisory for high-value deals, incorporating sustainable features like climate-resilient designs.
  • Analyze market trends and negotiate partnerships to expand our global portfolio.
  • Collaborate with logistics and development divisions for integrated property solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years in international property management or advisory roles.
  • Knowledge of global regulations, valuation methods, and tools like Argus or CoStar.
  • Strong negotiation and cross-cultural engagement abilities.

Assistant Real Estate Managers (Multiple Positions)

Location: Hybrid (hub-based with remote flexibility) Reports to: Real Estate Managers

Support operational aspects of property advisory and portfolio management, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in due diligence, site assessments, and reporting for international investments.
